Anushka Sharma Bio

Born 1 May 1988 is an Indian actress and former model who appears in Hindi films. In 2008, she was signed by Aditya Chopra for a three-film contract with Yash Raj Films and made her acting debut in Chopra's Rab Ne Bana Di Jodi. She received critical appreciation for portraying a vivacious wedding planner in the romantic comedy Band Baaja Baaraat (2010). Both films fetched her a Best Actress nomination at the Filmfare Awards ceremony. She later won the Filmfare Award for Best Supporting Actress for her performance in Yash Chopra's romance Jab Tak Hai Jaan (2012).

Sharma's father, Col. Ajay Kumar Sharma, is an army officer and her mother Ashima Sharma is a housewife. Her father is from Uttar Pradesh and mother from Garhwal division of Uttarakhand. She has an elder brother named Karnesh, who is in the Merchant Navy. She studied in Army School and graduated with specialization in arts from Mount Carmel College, Bangalore. She later moved to Mumbai to further pursue her modelling career, where she currently resides.

Sharma says she originally wished to make it big in the modeling world but had no strong aspirations for films. She began her modeling career at the Lakme Fashion Week as a model for Wendell Rodricks's Les Vamps Show and was picked to be Rodricks's finale model at the Spring Summer '07 Collection. Since then she has done campaigns for Silk & Shine, Whisper, Nathella Jewelry and Fiat Palio.

Her first acting role was in Aditya Chopra's Rab Ne Bana Di Jodi (2008) opposite Shahrukh Khan. Her performance was appreciated with film critic Taran Adarsh stating, "Anushka looks the character and surprises you with a confident performance. It's no small achievement to share screen space with an actor of the caliber of SRK and Anushka manages it very well from start to end." The film received positive reviews and was declared a blockbuster, and had been concluded as the second-highest grossing film of all-time to that point by the end of the year.

Her second film, Badmaash Company, also under Yash Raj Films, was released on May 7, 2010. While Taran Adarsh added, "Anushka is a revelation. She looks stunning, her performance is livewire and the chemistry with Shahid is electrifying."

In 2010, Sharma completed her three-film contract with Yash Raj Films, starring in Band Baaja Baaraat, a romantic comedy directed by Maneesh Sharma and co-starring debutant Ranveer Singh. She played a middle-class Delhi-Punjabi girl who goes on to launch her own independent business of wedding planning and later falls for her partner. In preparation for the part, Sharma was required to master the dialect of a young Punjabi woman from Delhi. She cited it as the toughest part of her role, describing the way the lead characters in the film interact as "crude but cute", and calling for her to "talk fast, sometimes mix words and even omit words completely". Prior to its release, she referred to it as her "best film till date". Some pundits, however, had expressed doubts about the film's prospects to leave a mark, citing the middling response to Yash Raj Films' last few productions, the lack of a male star, and claiming that by then Sharma was an "almost-forgotten" actress.

Band Baaja Baaraat was released on December 10, 2010 to positive reviews and went on to become a sleeper hit. Box Office India website reported that the film grossed approximately  21.44 crore after five weeks, making it a moderate box office success. Sharma's performance was praised by critics, many of whom called it her best work up to that point. Taran Adarsh described her as "truly wonderful," noting that it is "the first time in her 3-film career, a film rests mainly on Anushka's shoulders, and she handles the responsibility so well." For her work in the film, Sharma received her second nomination for the Filmfare Award for Best Actress and earned several awards and nominations at different award ceremonies. It has often been noted that the film has acted as a major career move for the actress, as it brought her much recognition.

Sharma's first venture outside the Yash Raj banner was Patiala House directed by Nikhil Advani and co-starring Akshay Kumar. Patiala House was released on February 11, 2011. Despite the film's lukewarm performance at the box office, Sharma received positive reviews. Nikhat Kazmi of The Times Of India wrote, "Anushka Sharma’s vivacity may have an after taste of her bubbling Band Baaja Baraat act but her passage from Janakpuri’s dhinchak girl to Southall’s siren is sweet and smooth. Watch out for the girl; she’s truly on a roll."

In December 2011, she re-united with her Band Baaja Baarat team of Ranveer Singh and Maneesh Sharma for Yashraj Films's Ladies vs Ricky Bahl. Despite negative media perception, the film was a moderate success at the box office.

Sharma's first film in 2012 was Yash Chopra's romantic drama Jab Tak Hai Jaan, along with Shah Rukh Khan and Katrina Kaif. The film would eventually become Chopra's last directorial venture before his death on 21 October 2012. This would be her second film with Shah Rukh Khan, opposite whom she made her Bollywood debut with Rab Ne Bana Di Jodi and her fifth collaboration with the production house, Yash Raj Films. Her portrayal of the extremely ambitious s Descovery Chanel repoter, Akira Rai fetched her positive comments from critics with Taran Adarsh noting: "She's an integral part of this story and it must be said that she walks away with some of the best scenes and lines in the movie. Her performance is full of grit."Additionally, Sharma won her film filmfare award (for Best supporting Actress) for her performance.

Sharma has signed for Anurag Kashyap's Bombay Velvet opposite Ranbir Kapoor and movie scheduled to go on floors in April 2013. Meanwhile, Anushka has completed shooting for Vishal Bharadwaj's Matru Ki Bijlee Ka Mandola, opposite Imran Khan. “I have completed shooting for the film. I was very happy to work with Vishal Bharadwaj. He makes very different and true films. All the characters are very well-written. Each character has a well defined beginning and end in the story,” she said.

Mila Kunis Bio

Milena Markovna Kunis, professionally known as Mila Kunis (born August 14, 1983), is an American actress.

In 1991, at the age of seven, she moved from Ukraine to Los Angeles with her family. After being enrolled in acting classes as an after-school activity, she was soon discovered by an agent. She appeared in several television series and commercials, before acquiring her first significant role prior to her 15th birthday, playing Jackie Burkhart on the television series That '70s Show. A year later, she was cast as the voice of Meg Griffin on the animated series Family Guy.

Her breakout film role came in 2008, playing Rachel Jansen in Forgetting Sarah Marshall. Subsequent film roles included Mona Sax in Max Payne, Solara in The Book of Eli, Jamie in Friends with Benefits, and Lori in Ted. Her performance as Lily in Black Swan gained her worldwide accolades, including receiving the Premio Marcello Mastroianni for Best Young Actor or Actress at the 67th Venice International Film Festival, and nominations for a Golden Globe Award for Best Supporting Actress and a Screen Actors Guild Award for Outstanding Performance by a Female Actor in a Supporting Role.

At the age of 18, she began a relationship with actor Macaulay Culkin that lasted eight years.
Kunis was born in Chernivtsi, in the Ukrainian SSR (now Ukraine). Her mother, Elvira, is a physics teacher who runs a pharmacy, and her father, Mark Kunis, is a mechanical engineer who works as a cab driver. Kunis has a brother, Michael, who is six years older. She stated in 2011 that her parents had "amazing jobs", and that the family was "very lucky" and "not poor"; they had decided to leave the USSR because they saw "no future" there for Kunis and her brother. In 1991, when she was seven years old, her family moved to Los Angeles, California with $250. “That was all we were allowed to take with us. My parents had given up good jobs and degrees, which were not transferable. We arrived in New York on a Wednesday and by Friday morning my brother and I were at school in LA.”

Kunis is Jewish and has cited antisemitism in the former Soviet Union as one of several reasons for her family's move to the United States. She has stated that her parents "raised Jewish as much as they could," although religion was suppressed in the Soviet Union.

On her second day in Los Angeles, Kunis was enrolled at Rosewood Elementary School, not knowing a word of English. She later recalled: "I blocked out second grade completely. I have no recollection of it. I always talk to my mom and my grandma about it. It was because I cried every day. I didn't understand the culture. I didn't understand the people. I didn't understand the language. My first sentence of my essay to get into college was like, 'Imagine being blind and deaf at age seven.' And that's kind of what it felt like moving to the States."

In Los Angeles, she attended Hubert Howe Bancroft Middle School. She used an on-set tutor for most of her high school years while filming That '70s Show. When not on the set, she attended Fairfax High School, from which she graduated in 2001. She briefly attended UCLA and Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles.

Tyas Mirasih LOVE & LAUGH

Kebahagiaan menjadi

tujuan dalam menjalani

sebuah hubungan

percintaan. Sampai

saat ini Tyas Mirasih masih

mendambakan kebahagiaan itu

bisa terwujud pada

pria tambatan hatinya.
Kisah asmara Tyas Mirasih masih terus bergulir.

Penampilan fisik

bukanlah yang akan

membuatku jatuh cinta.

“Ah gila kalau udah denger lagulagu Sammy Simorangkir, bohong aku kalau nggak nangis,” pekik Tyas membuncah. Baginya, tak ada target kapan harus menikah. Semua kehidupannya dijalani mengalir begitu saja

Anushka Sharma Sweet Surrender in MAXIM

MAXIM - INDIA FEBRUARY 2013

She’ll drive you crazy.

In the best way possible.

ANUSHKA SHARMA's got the

looks, the body, the talent.

But beneath all the glitz is a

regular girl who’s too busy

being herself to bother about

what you think of her. And

what takes her sexiness to

the next level is her ability

to not take things seriously.

In MAXIM, she says she’s at her eff ervescent uninhibited best. And with her second appearance, she’s only become hotter, funnier and more herself. We’re in love.

Welcome back, Anushka. You’re looking hotter than ever. Any serious confl icting emotions?
No, I feel very happy and absolutely fantastic. The last time I shot with MAXIM, it was a great experience for me. This time too, I really enjoyed myself. So thank you, MAXIM!

Us? We should be the ones thanking you for these smoking pictures. This shoot is sure to take a few people by surprise, right?
I know people loved the last shoot. I know this one will do even better. I hope all the MAXIM readers like what they see!

We’re sure they will. You have undergone a transformation of sorts. Conscious image change or going with the fl ow?
Well, the “image” is only because of the role and not because of what I am as a person. I have always looked how my characters have demanded I look. It is all about having a certain comfort level and projecting whatever you do with confi dence. There has been no conscious eff ort to change an “image.” Honestly, I’ll be happy with no image at all as I strongly feel that setting an image is easy but breaking one is very tough.

That’s true, and we know that better than anyone else. How hard is keeping it real? Isn’t it tough with all the fame?
If you accept yourself the way you are, people around you will do the same. I strongly believe that. And I don’t give too much importance to being a star... simply because I’m very comfortable being the person I am. Exterior infl uences don’t aff ect my existence to a great extent. While I appreciate all the love that comes my way, I do
not let it get to my head.

Films are full of hot women and hotter rivalries. What makes you stand apart?
You want me to be honest? I don’t know. I’d rather hear it from you guys about why I stand apart, if at all I do. I’ve no clue!

Oh, we could go on and on, and you defi nitely know that men fi nd you hot. But do you know why?
I really don’t know how to answer that! I don’t understand men, so I don’t know why they fi nd me sexy!

We know, we know. Let’s go on a date and talk about it?
Just keep it as unplanned as possible. I like unpredictability and spontaneity. If I have a certain chemistry with the guy, then being impulsive can be so much fun. It could be anything from going on a late-night bike ride to lazing on the beach... as long as it is not carefully planned. I would be so uncomfortable at a candlelight dinner!

That’s our kinda girl. Would you ask a guy out if you like him?
No, never! I’m rather traditional in that sense. The guy has to make the fi rst move. And I’m attracted to someone if I know he’s attracted to me. I’ll never fi nd a guy attractive just like that.

That’s a bummer! But then, we will take some time before we begin to understand women. Got any seriously-easy pointers?
Men just need to understand this: You need to truly love a woman. All she wants is love, respect and attention. Nothing else matters! It is not about how much money you make, how much you spend on your girl or how dashing you look. It is all about love and true emotions. And remember, just like you guys, even women like their space. You don’t have to get insecure if she’s out with her friends. Just the way you want to enjoy a cricket match with your buddies, she’d like to chill with her friends!

That’s some really good stuff . We’ll keep all that in mind, especially the bit about giving a girl her space. And, promise, we can do that! But, for discussion, which of these is most likely to come true and why: Anushka marrying a rich industrialist, Anushka quitting movies for a diff erent profession or Anushka joining politics?
The second option. I could move to a new place, city or country tomorrow and feel like quitting acting and learning something new and diff erent. I am quite a hippie at heart, actually!

We kind of fi gured that. But it would be a huge loss! BTW, what would your ideal guy be like? We’re wondering if we stand a chance.
He has to be attractive enough for me. He needs to smell really good because I am very sensitive to smell. He needs to love me more than I love him. He needs to be patient with my eccentricities because I can get a bit crazy at times and I am honest enough to admit it. And, lastly, he needs to be very secure and supportive of me. I cannot stand insecure men! Do you guys have these qualities?

Wait, we’re still making the list. We’ll get back to you. In the meantime, you must get a ton of compliments all the time. Any that struck home?
A guy once told me, “You make me feel comfortable with myself when I am around you.” I think that is the most beautiful thing anyone has ever said to me. And don’t ask me who said that because I am not telling you!

We won’t, but we are stealing that line. If you could get away with it, what’s the one thing you’d do?
I keep doing a lot of things and always get away with it. That’s because I believe in absolute freedom and no restrictions for anyone. As long as I am not doing anything that harms anyone, I don’t care about what people think. I have no value for the judgements people pass.

Neither do we, and we put it out loud and clear on our cover last month when we blacked out our cover for women’s safety and freedom. What would be your message to the men reading this?
I’d just say this: As men, learn to respect a woman. It is okay to fi nd a woman hot and desirable but you need to understand that there is a space around every woman that is sacred and something you cannot intrude into without her consent. And within the boundaries of that respect, you can appreciate her beauty and sensuality in the right way, and she would not mind that. But you cannot disrespect or undermine a woman’s dignity.

We hope that message rings loud and clear. We’re going to do our bit, of course. How do we say goodbye?
We don’t, because I hope to see you guys really soon!

We do everything that's Catholic, but we don't really have anything traditional except [that we] go to the park and have barbecues on Sundays after church." Her birth parents divorced when she was five years old, and she was raised as an only child by her working mother. In 2006, Mandy remarried Brian Teefey. She was named after Tejano singer Selena, who died almost three years after Gomez was born. Kate Winslet Biografi

Kate Elizabeth Winslet, CBE (born 5 October 1975), is an English actress and singer. She was the youngest person to accrue six Academy Award nominations, and won the Academy Award for Best Actress for The Reader (2008). She has won awards from the Screen Actors Guild, British Academy of Film and Television Arts, and the Hollywood Foreign Press Association among others, and has been nominated twice for an Emmy Award for television acting, winning once for her role as Mildred Pierce in the 2011 mini-series of the same name. In 2012 she received the Honorary César Award for her life and acting career.

Brought up in Berkshire, Winslet studied drama from childhood, and began her career in British television in 1991. She made her film debut in Heavenly Creatures (1994), for which she received her first notable critical praise. She achieved recognition for her subsequent work in a supporting role in Sense and Sensibility (1995) and for her leading role in Titanic (1997), the highest-grossing film at the time.

Since 2000, Winslet's performances have continued to draw positive comments from film critics, and she has been nominated for various awards for her work in such films as Quills (2000), Iris (2001), Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind (2004), Finding Neverland (2004), Little Children (2006), The Reader (2008) and Revolutionary Road (2008). Her performance in the last of these prompted New York magazine critic David Edelstein to describe her as "the best English-speaking film actress of her generation". Winslet was awarded a Grammy Award for Best Spoken Word Album for Children in 2000. Born in Reading, Berkshire, Winslet is the second of four children of Sally Anne (née Bridges), a barmaid, and Roger John Winslet, a swimming pool contractor. Her maternal grandparents, Linda (née Plumb) and Oliver Bridges, founded and operated the Reading Repertory Theatre, and her uncle, Robert Bridges, appeared in the original West End production of Oliver!. Her older sister, Anna, and younger sister, Beth, are also actresses. Her younger brother, Joss, is the only sibling who did not pursue an acting career.

Winslet began studying drama at the age of 11 at the Redroofs Theatre School,[6] a co-educational independent school in Maidenhead, Berkshire, where she was head girl.  At the age of 12, Winslet appeared in a television advertisement directed by filmmaker Tim Pope for Sugar Puffs cereal. Pope said her naturalism was "there from the start"

Lisa Marie In FHM Magazine

There comes a covergirl, every once in a while, who you just know is going to go very, very far! We felt that way about Lisa Marie Schneider from the moment we clapped eyes on her, so we couldn’t help but have her back on these pages a happy few times since. We’re prouder than ever (but hardly surprised, look at her!) to see how Ms Schneider’s setting stage and screen alight these days in Hollywood. When we discovered she was in town recently, we leapt at the opportunity to bring you more of the sultry, smoking, sexiness that is Lisa Marie. We think our excitement paid off…

Lisa Marie, welcome back to FHM! What are you up to at the moment?
It’s an honour to be back! Since I’m largely based in LA as an actress these days, today’s shoot is all about Fifties Hollywood glamour and sophistication.

Our dedicated readers will know that this is not the first time you’ve graced the pages of this magazine…
No, it’s been a while now! I think the last shoot we did was a naked shoot on a bed, with this guy holding my boobs up. My father, who is very old-school, never forgave me for that. I had to hide the cover from him!

So, what’s changed in your world?
Well, I’ve been travelling a lot. I finished my acting degree here and in New York and LA, all while working. I’ve been moving away from modelling and into acting, I’ve even done some Burlesque... just getting into the more theatrical side of things. Overall, living life to the full, with a bit of a self-discovery too!

What’s been your most recent acting job?
I shot a film with Darryl Roodt, a cricket movie… a family film, actually. I was nominated for my role in the film Lullaby with Melissa Leo, an Oscar-winning actress, at an LA film festival last year. I played a six-month-pregnant, drugaddicted prostitute… my favourite kind of role. No, I’m kidding, I prefer more challenging roles. The thing is, people put me in a box as this sexual woman and I would like to challenge that.

Tell us about the whole Hollywood vibe…
I enjoy the anonymity that comes with living there. Everybody is chasing something, there’s a side of Hollywood that has a lot of sadness, a lot of seediness. But there is beauty in the darkness.

So do you ever feel drawn to that darkness?
Yoga keeps me very grounded, but I have been exposed to it, it’s hard not to be, it is the nature of the industry. You have to be level-headed to not fall into it. It’s tough. Everyone is putting up masks wherever you go, superficial people. It’s all about staying true, concentrating on your craft.

Have you ever been in a situation where you were like, “Uh, I wish I wasn’t here”?
All the time. I’ve been offered things from producers, whose names I can’t disclose, very famous people. I would never sell myself for that. Because at the end of the day, karma is a bitch. It might take me longer to get where I want to go, but I know I’ll be doing in a more authentic way.

What’s the Lisa Marie Schneider worldtake-over plan?
Global domination, hey? I don’t want that at all. What I wish for is to be part of more conscious films, that have an impact on people’s lives. The first step is to really be in the moment with what I am doing. One can never plan in this industry, you don’t know where you’re going to be tomorrow. I do have an amazing manager, so I’ve been going for some great auditions and living in the moment. I’m never like, “Oh, I want to be in LA” when I’m here, or the other way around.

So who would you want to do a film with?
Definitely Quentin Tarantino! And Ridley Scott. I am a huge fan of science fiction. It’s such a shame about Tony Scott, I would’ve loved to make a movie with him. You know, I was thinking about Tarantino a lot. I live in Laurel Canyon when I’m in LA and I was trying to figure out how I was going to meet him. And the next thing, I pulled up to Ventura Boulevard, turned my face, and there he was, in the hottest black car I have ever seen!

Did you speak to him?
No! I was in shock! He turned and smiled at me and then just drove off.

So what does it take for a guy to catch your eye?
It’s all in the mind. Men fall in love with what they see, women fall in love with what they hear.

What do you like to hear?
Well, a woman likes to “hear” someone who is confident, but not arrogant. Intelligence is obviously a huge turn-on. A guy can be absolutely dropdead and then he opens his mouth... For
me, it’s more about mental connection and energy. Age doesn’t really factor in. George Clooney is hot and he lives close to me in LA.

Have you ever popped over for tea?
I did. I just rang his bell. He wasn’t home.

Have you ever been stalked in LA?
The thing is, when I have my shades on, lots of people think I look like someone famous. So they turn around and go, “Is that…? Is that…?” and I go, “Yeah.” In LA there are so many famous people everywhere that nobody cares.

What do you think it takes to make it in Hollywood?
Hard work! People think that you go to Hollywood, spend a year there, and then you just land a role. It doesn’t work like that. An overnight success is always ten years in the making. All those people you see on screen, they have grafted for years before they get anywhere.

You were talking a lot about yoga earlier, and said something about doing a naked yoga video…
Ha! I’ve been studying yoga for 15 years now and I think it is the one thing that has kept me sane in this industry! With allthe frustrations, the highs and the lows, doing films and then not working for a while, you need something, either another creative outlet, or a physical outlet. So I’ve been doing tons of yoga and I’m feeling sexier than ever. I’m in this coffee table book that is coming out soon, called In The Tub, shot by TJ Scott. It’s a breast cancer awareness book. A whole bunch of beautiful images of women, well, in his bath tub. So if I could do something like that, create some awareness for a charity, that would be first prize. I wouldn’t get naked just for the sake of getting naked. There has to be a purpose behind everything for me.

Do you have any tattoos?
Yes, I have two that I got within 24 hours of each other! I’ve had one lasered a couple of times now. The other one I got with my boyfriend who is actually my ex-fiancé… the lead guy from Prison Break, the older brother, not the gay one.

What are the immediate plans for you, Lisa Marie?
I shot a project recently, but I can’t give you the details, sadly. Big things! I’m launching a jewellery line called Rainbow Warrior. It’s inspired by yoga and my love for gemstones. I’m also getting involved with the Save The Rhino foundation. I’m rearing to go, as I was out of action for five months last year... a black widow spider bit me on the head, and I almost died! I was in hospital and then a sangoma told me it’s a huge honour that I got bitten, because it is very much a spiritual thing, apparently.

Have you felt the blessing?
Ha, ha! No…. That was the worst pain I have ever felt in my life.

Well, stay safe now, and don’t forget about us, okay?
ever! See you soon.

Soalnya pria yang kepribadiannya jelek, they also unfaithfull!” tambah Putri yang mengaku belum menemukan tambatan hatinya.
